All vinyl records are custom-made to order and fulfilled in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your record is produced specifically for you.

Production Time
Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times (From the UK)
Estimated delivery once your order has been dispatched:
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
New Zealand / Australia: 10–21 business days
USA / Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 2–4 weeks
Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays and customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
Customs, VAT & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees.
These fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the buyer.
If customs fees are not paid, your parcel may be delayed, returned, or held.
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or refused packages due to unpaid import charges.
Damaged, Defective, Lost or Incorrect Orders
Damaged or Defective Vinyl
If your vinyl arrives damaged, warped, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
If confirmed, a replacement (if available) or refund will be provided.
Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, contact me and I will follow up with the carrier.
If the parcel is confirmed lost, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, I will replace it at no additional cost.
